Democracy and Civil Space

Pusham UII will conduct critical analyses of public issues related to human rights. The results of these analyses will be designed to serve as the basis for judicial reviews and the drafting of policy briefs. These documents may also, in due course, be used as the basis for drafting amicus curiae briefs to be utilized by the Pusham UII network when pursuing litigation.
