Researcher

Anisa focuses on issues of intellectual property rights and cyber law. Her research experience in civil law specifically addresses vaccine rights in the context of Indonesian patent law and copyright issues related to digital literature works. Anisa also has a strong interest in exploring intellectual property rights from a human rights perspective.

Reza focuses on issues of state administration, regional autonomy and Central-Regional government relations, and the rights of vulnerable groups. Recently, her research in state administration specifically relates to the dual role of governors in decentralized unitary states and the relationships between central and regional authorities and finances. She also has a strong interest in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.

Mazdan Maftukha Assyayuti berfokus pada bidang hukum tata negara, terkhusus kepemiluan. Penelitian dan publikasi terakhir di bidang kepemiluan membahas tentang ruang abu-abu pada penegakkan hukum di luar tahapan pemilu. Mazdan juga terlibat dalam kepanitiaan adhoc pengawas pemilu tahun 2024.

Vania specializes in research related to international public law and currently focuses on issues related to environmental law, human rights, and the rights of vulnerable groups. Her research experience in international public law specifically addresses conflicts and international issues in the context of analyzing international legal statutes. She also has a strong interest in discussions related to the fulfillment of human rights.

Mahrus Ali focuses on human rights issues, specifically freedom of expression, right to internet access, right to information, and fulfillment of the right to education. Ali is also interested in the fulfillment of rights to public healthcare services, environmental rights, and community law.

Alda Izzati focuses on issues on economic, social, and cultural rights, as well as issues related to justice and vulnerable groups. Her recent research in the field of economic, social, and cultural rights specifically addresses the rights to water and the rights to higher education in Indonesia. Alda is also involved in advocating for judicial reforms for individuals with disabilities facing the legal system in Indonesia.
