Sahid Hadi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Indonesia. He specializes in business and human rights issues, as well as the rights of vulnerable groups. His recent research focuses on human rights and competition law, childrens’ health rights, environmental rights, and equal rights for persons with disabilities. Some of his recent publications are related to the application of human rights in court decisions, human rights aspects in competition law, and the use of judicial mechanisms to protect the right to the environment.
