M. Syafi’ie is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Indonesia. His expertise is in human rights and vulnerable groups such as persons with disabilities, women, children, etc. His research focuses on issues related to equal access and enjoyment of human rights for vulnerable groups, especially in the fields of education, justice, and public services. Some of his recent publications are related to the fulfillment of rights for persons with disabilities in the legal system, voting rights for persons with mental disabilities, and the enjoyment of education for persons with disabilities.
